Super logement, très confortable, très propre + mise à disposition de tout le matériel nécessaire. Hôte qui vit sur place (au dessus du logement) est très accueillante. Le parking privé est assez restreint pour une grosse voiture mais on peut se garer facilement à proximité. Le logement dispose d'un beau petit espace extérieur. Logement à conseiller pour une famille avec enfants. Nous y retournerons 😀😀.

Giarre is an ideal base to visit Catania, Taormina, and Etna. And Casa in centro a Giarre really lives up to its name. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station and only a block from the Duomo and both of the main roads of the town. Risposto is the seaside 'sister town' to Giarre and is a 10-minute walk from the train station in the opposite direction. The apartment is enormous, clean and comfortable, and has every convenience. There is a terrific restaurant (La Tavernetta) nearby and a delightful 'tavola calda' (Leonardi Tortellificio) 50 meters from the front door for lunch.

At times the Internet 'froze', not sure why.

Pass-through bedroom, when you want to go to the toilet you have to pass through the bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen lacks salt and pepper.
