They claim a damage report for things which have been damaged before I arrived. The owners were fighting with one another. They have a damage clause which they want to enforce after each stay. Be extremely careful. Look at forms that need signing. Exist inspection was dine claim come after the fact. Prepaid electricity in a place you have to rent and buy yourself.

Had a wonderful stay! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The place is neat and peaceful

The fact that I dd not have the key to the main gate. I had to call the host everytime I need to be let in or go out. Mmy schedule was quite hectic and this really was a bit childish. The host was a bit immature in handling guests, like I was treated like a person who will steal or leave without them knowing. Yet I had paid in full 2 weeks prior. It really rubbed me in the wrong way, the tone used by the host when I was questioning why the gate was locked when I don't have the key. Her narrative that they keep the gate locked cos it was my last day.. This ddnt make sense. I also ddnt like the fact that the host kept on stressing that I must be out by 11:00 and there after 5min after 11:00 the host and mother were just on my face crowding me as if I wasn't gonna leave. The other sneaky thing is that with the snacks in the fridge it was not disclosed on arrival that if I eat it then I'll have to pay🤷only on the last day when I brought it up.

The location is amazing and safe. I loved the hospitality of the family and the overall experience was fantastic! Will definitely be making this space my go to space when travelling to Cape Town.
