t’s a very comfortable second-floor apartment with two spacious bedrooms, nice beds and linens, and tasteful décor. The air conditioning works very well—especially important during the summer—and the large front windows bring in plenty of natural light. The well-equipped kitchen makes you feel right at home; we were able to do some grocery shopping and prepare lovely family meals. Everything was well organized and very clean upon our arrival. The owners’ attention was exceptional—they provided great recommendations for places to visit, including beaches and restaurants. They truly made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

Since it’s a second-floor apartment, it’s important to consider this for mobility or if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. However, the location is excellent—close enough to the center for convenience, yet far enough to avoid traffic and noise. It’s in a quiet area, with stores and supermarkets nearby, and within walking distance of the port.

What an amazing place to stay in the center of the beautiful island of Milos. In the center of Adamantas with a lot of restaurants, stores and lovely bakery’s for breakfast. Kostas was exceptional, providing everything that we need to have a lovely stay, always available for questions and with a lot of tips for nice spots to swim and unbelievable restaurants around the island. 10/10!

Very close to the port. The place had two large rooms with a king sized bed in each. Has been updated. The host and hostess are very prompt to respond.

No sidewalks to get to it. Only one ac so we kept the fan on and the door between the two rooms open.

Great host, flexible and graciously accommodated our requests

The host, Kostas, was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment was so clean and well-decorated, with a little balcony, two large beds, a kitchen, and bathroom. The location was about a 7 minute walk from the port, away from the noisiness of tourist crowds but still extremely close to all the restaurants and shops in Adamantas. I faced some travel hiccups before arriving in Milos, and because of the beautiful apartment and Kostas' hospitality, my time in Milos was a much-needed respite from the logistical hassles!

The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, communication with the owner was great. The location was walking distance from the poor. The decor was very welcoming.

I liked every expect of the property

El apartamento está completamente reformado y muy cerca del puerto y del centro de Adamas. Kostas estuvo pendiente de todo resolviendo los problemas que surgieron rápidamente.

Se nos fue la luz un par de veces. La primera porque la demanda en la isla fue mayor de lo que puede soportar la red y la segunda fue al conectar el horno. Pero Kostas y los vecinos nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron. No había televisión...
