Sea View Apartment Villa Regaly - Free Parking - Opatija

Stylish apartment in an older villa in a prime location. The interior is a bit worn in places, but everything was very clean. Contact with the manager was very pleasant.

The exterior facade and the property are partially neglected

Fantastic location. Beautiful historic building. Perfect for our extended family stay. We hope to book again in the future.

The view is exceptional from every room and from the balcony as well.

Without a mosquito net on the windows, huge insects could easily get in. Out of the 5 rooms+ 2 kitchen,only two rooms had air conditioning.

Wonderful sea front location and lovely terrace with fabulous views over the small marina/sea and direct access to the Lungomare Spacious apartment with lovely large bright windows

Area near the entrance/front of property somewhat run down with rather prominent bins from nearby hotel

Location. Opatija is an amazing little town. Hidden gem. Property has great location.

The property has so much going for it. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean. But. Its run down. Bed is old. My wife had to sleep in other room. Terrible mattress. Kitchen utensils lacking. Lots of them. Owner needs to spend some money on property

Location, big rooms, accomodation, well equiped

The parking was not the best. We have arroved by 2 cars and they secured places for both cars, however the garage was hardly accessable due narrow and small place. Had to park one car at public parkibg (€..)
