This house is a true gem. It felt less like a rental and more like a home lovingly prepared for us. Every little detail was there, from the spices to the fabric conditioner in the laundry. I really fell in love with the intimacy of this place, with its authentic charm, with the courtyard of olive trees and the perfect tiny beach with crystal-clear waters on Aegina, only a heartbeat away. We are a family with two small children, with toddler tantrums and many sleepless nights, and yet, more than the sea, more than the shade of the olive trees, it was the warmth and openness of our hosts that turned this stay into something unforgettable. They are truly one of a kind and their presence gave life and soul to everything we experienced there. On our last evening, by pure chance it was Saint Alexander’s day and we ended up singing “Happy Birthday” together. It felt like the most natural thing. We left with the feeling that we had not just stayed at an exceptional house, but had been part of something truly human and rare. If you find available dates, don’t hesitate to book them. 🤍

Set in a quiet residential location with an easy walk to the beach that has a small beach bar and a minute walk away from a taverna. Wonderful yard with eating area and drying racks. An outdoor shower for salt and sand before you enter the house is great too. You will never meet warmer or more kind hosts in your life. They are happy to help with island details too (as much as you would like them to) . Just beautiful people. I never write this in a review but the hosts are at least half the charm of this property. I was able to cook for dinner and some breakfasts too. If going to Aegina again, we will be back.

Εξαιρετική η βορεινή αυλή, με δροσιά, βολικη σχέση με τον εσωτερικό χώρο και φιλικότατες περαστικές γατούλες. Άνετος εσωτερικός χώρος, με όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Το λουτρό θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο μεγάλο ή λίγο καλύτερα οργανωμένο (με λιγότερο εξοπλισμό). Το πλυντήριο ίσως δεν χρειάζεται, οπότε, με μια μικρή επέμβαση, θα μεγάλωνε αισθητά ο χώρος του ντους.

Οι οικοδεσπότες είχαν αφήσει κρύο νερό στο ψυγείο, κάψουλες καφέ για κάθε μέρα, τοπικές νοστιμιές και μας κέρασαν και γλυκό. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ωραίας αισθητικής κοντά στη θάλασσα (3 λεπτά με τα πόδια) Έχει όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές. Στα δωμάτια είχε και πετσέτες θαλάσσης! Η αυλή είναι μεγάλη, με σκιά και άνετη. έχει επίσης πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο. Πολύ κοντά στον ναό Αφαίας για όσους αγαπούν τους περιπάτους.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι δεν είχε σίτες στα παράθυρα. ... και ότι η αιώρα στον κήπο ήταν στενή ... (χα, χα)

Nothing, it was perfect!

We spent 6 wonderful days on the island. The accommodation is impeccable. Wonderful hosts, always attentive: they served us dessert almost every day. We were greeted with a gift consisting of local products based on pistachios. At the end of the stay, they prepared a symbolic gift for us. Always attentive to all our needs. Superb location, 2 minutes walk to the sea, taverna and beach bar. The island is a dream. I recommend the cathedral of Saint Nectarie, where you can recharge yourself with peace and tranquility of soul.

The most amazing place! On the ground floor, so you have garden access with a table and chairs, great for meals or even remote working. Hosts very helpful and caring, truly lovely people making sure that you have all you need! 1 min walk to the beach, beach bar and a restaurant. Very quiet neighborhood and good start point for the excursions around the island. I recommend it with all my heart and I hope to come back here myself.
