Bruttissima esperienza, sono arrivato in struttura dopo 5 ore di viaggio in auto e due bambini piccoli.... Purtroppo invece di rilassarmi ho trovato la casa in pessime condizioni tutto sporco capelli e peli ovunque lenzuola ricoperti di peli e macchie di dubbia provenienza. Morale della favola chiamo la struttura mi dicono che la casa era stata pulita... Ma spiego che è tutto sporco e che la casa non era stata assolutamente pulita. Mi dicono che manderanno le signore delle pulizie Aspetto 30 minuti e nulla allora chiamo booking e spiego la situazione... Mi dicono che devono chiamare la struttura aspetto in linea 10 minuti e mi dicono che devo attendere che arrivano le signore delle pulizie. Surreale io prenoto con booking e pago booking per avere un servizio e se si presenta un problema non si può rispondere di aspettare cosa? La casa doveva essere già pulita sono arrivato alle 17:30 mica alle 8 del mattino. Cmq arrivano le signore delle pulizie prendo i bambini ed esco da quella tana ritorno dopo un ora nonostante la pulizie ci sono ancora capelli sul pavimento. Pessima gestione di booking che davanti un evidente disagio mi ha abbandonato alle attese della struttura allego foto
