Studio Apartment in the Heart of Riga Old Town

Tidy nice and modern.

Smelled strange and there was no soap.

The kitchen was well furnished.

The floor was dirty (we leave always the shoes at the entrance and we use socks inside for cleanliness, but after a short while the socks were dirty - see attached pictures). In the apartment we could not find anything to clean the floors, otherwise we would have. The bed sheets were stained (see attached pictures) and quite stinky - they haven't been changed from the previous guests, obviously. This was the worst part , and made our sleep very uncomfortable as you may imagine.

Lovely property and in a good location for getting about and seeing things, it lacked instructions on how to work various things ie the oven which when you haven’t stayed somewhere before would have helped

The fact that it is opposite a night club, great if your young but not when your entering your senior years. It was open Thursday/Friday and Saturday until 6am in the morning 😔

Clean, good location, good instructions, good communication with the owner. Also the club didn’t bother us even though some people warned about it in the reviews.

Handsoap and shampoo could’ve been included in the bathroom/kitchen.

Very central location in old Riga just few minutes walk from lots of restaurants and tourist attractions. Comfortable bed. Spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchenette. Very secure building. Excellent entry instructions sent to us in advance for self-check in.

The price-quality ratio is excellent compared to other viewed options. It was clean, the place is quiet on weekdays, I think it would be loud on the weekend, because there is a nightclub under the windows, but everything is taken care of by the tenant - earplugs are left on the bed. :) We were admitted to the apartment earlier, the tenant communicates perfectly. All necessary dishes are available. Everything suited us and we liked it, the price corresponds to the service.
