Modern Central 2BR Flat in Valletta by Arco Collection

The location is perfect-in the center on a quiet street five minute walk to all the major sites in Valletta. The apartment is very well furnished and comfortable. It is spacious and light. I recommend it highly! If I come back to Malta I will definitely stay here!

Location is perfect, everything is so close. The flat is very spacious. Kitchen well equiped. It is very quiet accomodation despite bedroom windows facing the courtyard. It was easy to enter for the first time thanks to clear instructions from the owner. Although the flat was reconstructed already some time ago, it was clean and nice. Heating in colder days is by aircon which is not ideal because of loud and dry air, but served very well the purpose. We also appreciated the eletricity socket convertors.

Just a tiny things to improve, we really liked the accomodation. Aircon machines are louder. Bed in the bigger bedroom is too soft (personal preference) and we would also prefer 2 bed linens instead of 1 big. There was no blanket which would serve well in winter/early spring days when the flat is colder.

The apartment is well situated. Close to the old town and many restaurants and bars. A short walk from the area to catch the ferry to Gozo. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to get a good nights rest. When I had a problem connecting to wifi, they sent someone right away to help and problem was resolved.

I felt that the hosts very not very hands-on. I had to ask for toilet paper, which at first they told me was my responsibility. I reminded the host that it stated in their policy that tp is provided. I can understand if I was staying for a short period, say 3-4 days, but we stayed for 3 weeks! The the toilets, sinks and shower were not cleaned when house keeping came to change the linens and towels. I mentioned that the clock in the apartment was not working and I was told that they would look into it after we checked out.

Spacious, spotless, modern apartment close to the pulse of Valletta, that is welcoming you could mistake its comfort for home!

There is nothing to dislike about the apartment, every detail was designed for guest comfort and welcome.

Booked last minute, Martina and Guiseppe made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. Available at any time, friendly and will help in detail with anything. The apartment is spacious, clean, with extremely comfortable beds, in a great location, just a few meters from all the city's events.
