Perfect. An oasis of peace and tranquillity in the heart of the Cornish countryside. Kate's welcome was warm and genuine, breakfast wasn't just the "full English" but included a selection of fresh fruit and homemade marmalade. The decor was tasteful and sophisticated.

The driveway to the house was quite narrow. We fitted, but the car sensors were squeaking away!

Everything! The bed was extremely comfortable, the location is quiet and really pretty, the breakfast was superb and the host was ever so helpful!

Kate was a great host making us feel welcome from the very start of our stay. The room was nice too. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant within five minutes walk from the house. Kate also got up early to give us breakfast when we left to facilitate our travel arrangements. The food was very tasty.

The electric shower lacked “umpf” as is their usual characteristic.

Wonderful peaceful rural location but close to amenities, shops, restaurants, sights and gardens. Kate and Terry are wonderful hosts, our room was lovely, very comfortable bed and great en suite bathroom. Use of a sitting room with sofas, books and t.v. Great attention to detail with personal touches. Breakfast was fantastic and really set you up for the day. Highly recommend a stay here, guarentee you will leave energised!

Absolutely nothing!

Very Enjoyable stay in a beautiful area. For those providing their own pedal power, an Italian bistro is located next door, and both are in the middle of nowhere! Very comfortable rooms and a shed sitting room, a bonus with delightful hostess, and an excellent breakfast.
