"It was a stopover on our way to Isles of Scilly and was everything we hoped for."

Super welcome from Kate including tea and warm brownies with clotted cream. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had everything, fruit, cereals, full English and toast. Perfect.

Everything was lovely, Kate & Terry were excellent hosts. Breakfast was delicious! Beautiful part of the country. Particularly enjoyed a cuddle with the goats 🙂

"Superior Farmstead Stay"

The hosts have made this farm renovation a labor of love with exceptional choices in how to resolve the welcoming aspects of hospitality with a small working farmstead of chickens, goats and pigs- we did see Terry take the goats out to pasture. From the compact road entry in, you leave one world to another. It is a collection of separate buildings with holiday lets taking up two. The b+b shares the main structure with the hosts. The stone details and simple slate floors and details, the views to the surrounding local and far spaces are wonderful. Guests can have access to a small fireplace room snug, and the stone walled dining space offers a view to pastures. These are separate facilities from the owners. Only two rooms for guests, we had on in the gable end with the far farm views. Cooked breakfast was superior and included their own eggs and bacon. Kate and Terry could not have been kinder as my partner was suffering from a bad cold and offered honey and lemon. Close proximity to Porthleven, a compact beautiful port on the coast.

"Relaxed, comfortable bed, just what we needed after having a stressful few months"

Relaxed, friendly hosts, clean and spacious room very comfortable beds. Special little touches like fresh flowers in room fluffy bath robes and providing fridge with fresh milk and chilled water. Quality breakfast including some of own their own produce from farm. Wish we could have staid longer, will definitely be returning. Thank you.

"Superb"

So quiet and clean, great place and comfortable accidently napped on bed which means comfort, breakfast was lovely and Terry and Kate were fantastic from start to finish. Bonus of animals
