I am reporting what I wrote to the hotel, never answered by them: Dear Sirs, now that our stay at your facility has come to an end, we would like to share a few things with you. Unfortunately, the review we would write is not a good one, so we prefer to write a message first. Let's start with the front door: it is not easy to open, and you have to turn the key several times before realizing that you also have to turn the handle. When we entered, on our first attempt to move the curtain, the rod almost fell on us, revealing a poorly installed pressure nail: do you realize how dangerous this is? We found the same carelessness in the sockets: they are unstable and risk coming off in the hand of anyone who plugs something in, as they move very easily from their housing. We understand the need to save money, but this should not compromise the safety of your guests and risk a complaint against the facility. Finally, as soon as we tried to lift the sink plug, it got stuck and would not move. Not to mention the very poor quality of the soap.
