Lovely looking caravan

The day we got there was fine, the first morning we got up there was no heating or hot water, a lady arranged for some gas bottles to be delivered but when we got back to caravan heating was working but still no hot water, so again on the second morning not able to take a hot shower. Later that day someone came out and it was a valve on the boiler that wasn’t turned the right way. Why this wasn’t checked when they came out with the gas bottles, no idea

Lovely and clean beautiful decor and location

Ran out of gas at night host didn’t answer the phone. Cooker oven only worked on full blast only one ring worked on the hob. Reported to host who messaged back to say maintenance not working ! We had to eat out and go purchase an air fryer ! Gave an excuse site refused to help! Offered to pay for gas due to existing health conditions. Only one cylinder of gas on the caravan so no back up. Ended up leaving as soon as daylight broke. Away resorts not interested in us at all! Would have booked again and again but no.

Beautiful

We stay in Tattershall several times in the year. This accommodation has a nice layout. Having two good showers is a bonus.

Although the van was clean and well presented it had a strong odour of cigarettes. ( we are non smokers ) Internet is very poor and not reliable. The accommodation might make use of a tea/coffee pot. On the last day a person called and said they were also booked into the accommodation. This upset our 82 year old mum. It was her birthday. We had to prove to the ‘visitor’ that we were booked in. The owner was also on the new arrivals phone. We had booked in August! Maybe owner and booking agent/s need to check their bank accounts and diaries. Spoiled the end to the holiday.
