The house was exactly as described, the view from both living rooms is beautiful.

Nothing not to like

The views are stunning the house is well presented and a great location. There are 3 good sized double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We purely used as a place to stay for my family overnight as I live down the road, so we didn’t take up the advantages of the property. I understand that the beds were very comfortable and my family said that the rest of the house was great.

As you know there was no hot water on day 1. But you solved this problem very quickly once I let you know. However, unfortunately the number to call in the manual at umbrella pines is not yours but a previous house manager so we lost several hours before water was restored. By the time the water was on again it was too late for any of them to shower, so they all came to mine for showers. There were no further problems with hot water. I had asked before arriving if tea, coffee & milk was at the property, if it wasn’t I was going to get some and leave there for them. You had said that it was all provided, but unfortunately it wasn’t - I just think you should know this information for the future. The setup for sleeping is ideal for families but as 7 adults the little bed upstairs didn’t work - it is explained in the important notes, but its difficult to understand before you see it - perhaps stating it’s a child’s bed and a sofa bed in the upstairs living room would have helped me better to understand the setup Overall I would recommend Umbrella Pines, your responses to me were really quick and the property was clean & tidy and as said before the views are fabulous.
