1) Dreadful costumer service from the agent side! He's not professional!! 2)no signs to guide us to the B&B 3) No lights lit up outside at night time. 4)The grounds not properly looked after. 5) Disappointed the pool grounds have artificial grass, cheap looking. 6) two rooms have to share one bathroom, not private! That wasn't advertised on their website. That's very misleading! 7) Not friendly for people with mobility issues. No handrail in the showers. Dangerous! 8) breakfast with flies is a no no! 9) table wasn't set up at breakfast & some cutlery was missing. 10) Staff were lovely but the problem comes from higher in the chain, either owner or agent has to take more responsability of the running of the business. For the above reason we found our stay overpriced!

Lo que más nos ha gustado es la amplitud de todos los espacios y la limpieza de los mismos La amabilidad de Mariana, la persona de contacto que nos espero en la casa y nos entregó las llaves

Quizás sería bueno climatizar las habitaciones. Solo había ventiladores No nos gustó la indiferencia del anfitrión, que no contestó ni a los mensajes ni a las llamadas al teléfono que proporcionó en la plataforma booking

La casa era muy grande. La atención de Mariana fue buenísima en todo momento .

Había muchos bichos y mosquitos. Había mosquitos espachurrados en la pared. Recomiendo pintar las paredes y poner mosquiteras. Cuando hemos estado en agosto había ola de calor y al no haber aire acondicionado hacia bastante calor. Supongo que en otra época del año no habría ese problema.

Marina welcomed us to this amazing jewel, hidden in the country but close to a town. She was the best host we met on the Camino, her and her family worked hard to ensure our enjoyment. Brilliant
