The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice view of the surrounding green hills. Very quiet at night. Clean and modern building. Functional kitchen and lovely interior design.

The washing machine did not function properly, ie. no matter what cycle is chosen the clothes were wet at the end of it (I told the owner and he said he will fix or replace it). The ground floor area is getting renovated. The renovation works were not constant and not noisy but the man in charge of the renovations has a very loud voice and he often was heard during the day. Luckily the renovations will finish in 4 to 6 weeks as they are in the finishing stages.
