"Nice property with great location to beaches and city attractions but not clean despite price."

Property was a great location and the owners have clearly put thought into their welcome guest book. Garden is enclosed which is great for dogs. Blackout blinds in the loft room was nice.

The management company ‘Luxury Coastal’ have let the owners down sadly in terms of keeping the property clean. When we arrived the house smelt of dog urine and there was a used child’s plaster left in the top bedroom. There was very little toilet roll left out and no kitchen roll, both of which we had to purchase (we did later find some toilet roll hidden away in the loft cupboard). Although none of these things ruined our stay it was surprisingly given the name ‘luxury’ and the fact that we had to pay an extra sum per dog due to ‘cost of cleaning’ when it appeared the cleaning company were doing a poor job anyway.
