Fab Oxford City Centre Apartment sleeps 6 with

It was in a fabulous location. Good communication and clear instructions given. Parking available which was extremely useful. Generally warm. Good value for money.

Needs a little TLC. Could do with a few more bits of equipment. Would be a bit cramped for 6 adults.

The central location is excellent.Right next to the bus station and a short walk or convenient bus to the rail station.The layout of the flat suited us well having one double and two single rooms.It was quieter than we expected and there are plenty of places to eat.

The most polite way to describe the bathroom is ‘tired’It is in urgent need of an upgrade to the bath/ shower. Also no mirror. There is no mention of how to operate the radiators in the instructions and we phoned to ask why the second one in the living room was not working only to be told by a very pleasant person that it had been turned off by the management as it was not deemed necessary.This was in the recent cold snap when the nights were -3 degrees.It is also not obvious that the bathroom towel roll has second switch to turn it on. Although the living room is fine the lighting is abysmal.One lamp and two quirky light fittings that give a cold inefficient light.

Shower pressure wasn't great

The location is top notch, bang in the centre and no more than 10 minutes walk from any if the main Oxford 'sights'. Also, the team that support guests from Florence Rose are just lovely. Super friendly and extremely responsive; they are great people and made us feel really welcome.

Perhaps I had forgotten about what can come with an inner city apartment, but there are a lot of homeless people sleeping in the entranceway and surrounding alleyways and they congregate around 1am. This means we were woken around 1am and could not sleep again until 3am when they had settled down to sleep. Perhaps this was mentioned in the property info, but I don't recall seeing it and I would not have booked if I had.

Wonderful location near the city center. Friendly, helpful host.

I don’t have any complaints

Good central location. Basically equipped but clean and comfortable. Bathroom door lock broken but emailed and left note for changeover staff. Loved The White Rabbit pub nearby and great food.

Would be noisy in market if windows open.

V nice, roomy, comfortable, clean, close to centre

Difficult to find as entrance wasn't marked as the Chilterns. Had to pick up key from cafe who didn't know where it was either. Cold initially but prompt answer about heating by phonecall. V cold weekend so would have been nice to arrive to a warm apartment
