The apartment is clean and well-maintained and has all the necessary facilities.

I arrived at night when there was no one there and there were no clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and what floor it is on because it is a building with many apartments it should be clearer I had to wait in the cold outside looking for wifi in the nearby buildings I hope They will fix it.

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza di Gabriela, molto disponibile, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in in tarda notte, siamo arrivati alla struttura all'1:30 di notte ed abbiamo trovato Gabriela ad aspettarci per la consegna delle chiavi. Appartamento piccolo, ma arredato con gusto e molto accogliente e familiare! Il quartiere ci é sembrato molto tranquillo, vicino alla fermata del tram e bus per raggiungere il centro in circa 15 minuti, anche la metropolitana di Obor é vicina, raggiungibile con una breve camminata. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo contattato Gabriela tramite messaggio whatsapp per chiedere dei consigli su Bucarest ed é stata davvero molto gentile ed esaustiva. Abbiamo passato dal 25 dicembre notte al 1 gennaio, 1 adulto e 2 bambini e ci siamo trovati molto bene, quindi super consigliato!!!

NULLA, TUTTO PERFETTO! non c'é nulla che non ci sia piaciuto!

Mobilierul este dragut si aranjarea apartamentului este draguta. Bucătăriea este bine utilată.

Se aude traficul de pe strada si pescărușii, dar pentru mine nu a fost un inconvenient major.

A budget-friendly and lovely place with everything you might need. I can easily imagine staying here for a longer time, we really enoyed this amazing apartment and communication with owner was smooth and easy ;) - clean, spacious, and very nicely furnished - basic groceries available for free (salt, pepper, sugar, oil…) - free towels and toiletries - kitchen equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, induction pot, fridge, washing machine, toaster, and oven - hairdryer, ironing board, and TV available - working Wi-Fi - power outlets by the bed - electric fireplace (pleasant atmosphere) - elevator - heating - balcony with outside sitting with blankets - close to shops

Nothing major can be said against it — it’s just a bit further from the city centre (though easily reachable by public transport) and the windows are a bit poorly insulated.
