Family friendly, clean, beach view, cot provided, facilities great and location too. Enjoyed the short weekend gateway with family. Great welcoming gift from host. Worth every penny and highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable and a great location with an amazing view. It’s in a quiet street, a very short walk to Dumpton gap beach and a 20 min walk to the centres of Broadstairs and Ramsgate. You get the ground floor and garden. You can sit in the garden and watch the sea. Highly recommended.
