Great View Apartment in the Center of the City

Overall, our stay at this apartment was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is in a fabulous location with excellent links to the city and is very spacious with three separate balconies. You also have all the equipment/utensils you would need to live comfortably. Loan was also very helpful when we had an issue with the key at the start. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Very minor points, but the mattress may need replacing soon. It's quite clear the mattress is dipping in areas which made the sleep slightly harder than it needed to be. Very subjective, but I found the elevator quite loud at night as I am a very light sleeper. However, my wife had no issues! I put some headphones in the next day and it was fine.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk from the Old Town bars and restaurants, as well as coffee shops, takeaways, and so many of the beautiful buildings, parks, and picturesque 'must do' spots. The apartment itself is lovely. Having balconies at the front and back of the apartment was really nice, as you could always sit in the sun (when it was out!). The front balcony view over the old hospital was stunning. It had everything we needed, from a microwave, kettle, and hob in the kitchen, to a huge sofa, comfortable bed, and two toilets. The pressure in the shower could be a bit iffy, but always had hot water. The TV in the living room is a smart TV, so if you want to chill for a little while in the apartment after a day full of tourism and sightseeing, it's perfect. WiFi was also good. Communication from Robert about access and if we had any issues was great.

We were cautious about the lifts (elevators) up to the 8th floor, as they're obviously quite old, but we never had an issue - other than not being able to call one or the other a couple of times because they'd got stuck at other floors. Overall no complaints.

Absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the apartment felt like a home away from home. It was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect for exploring the city, yet still nice and quiet at night. The host truly made the difference – very kind, quick to respond, and incredibly flexible. The option for a late check-out was such a big plus and made our departure day stress-free. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great location, and excellent hospitality, this is it. We would 100% stay here again! ✨

Everything was great! Small tip for future guests: for stays longer than a couple of nights, it might be helpful to have a few extra towels available.
