Très bel appartement, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Soucieux et bien placé.

Le seul bémol de cet appartement est le matelas 1 place sinon tout le reste était parfait

L'appartement est agréable, bien décoré et bien équipé, ainsi que bien situé. Nous voyagions avec notre bébé d'un an et avons été ravis de pouvoir bénéficier d'un lit parapluie, d'un bain pour bébé et même de quelques jouets.

La Casita is located in one of Sevilla's most charming, authentic neighborhoods. It offers a true-to-Sevillian life experience. The hosts have put love and creative effort into creating a unique home. This is most certainly not a typical IKEA furnished rental apartment. The price-to-value ratio is excellent, and the hosts are proactive and caring.

For us, the most significant downside of the apartment was the lack of natural light. The windows face air shafts, not the street. This may be an advantage during the scorching summer months, but in February (when the sun doesn't rise until 8am), it is undeniably quite dreary. As in many rental apartments, the drainage in the bathroom leaves much to be desired. Be prepared for a minor flood. For those arriving by car: best of luck. The street is, as most in Sevilla, not really a street, but an alley. Super charming, but not if you're driving. Taxis and Ubers almost always decline rides to the door. You have to meet them at one of the nearby plazas.

The central position, perfect to walk around the historical centre of the city and its most important monuments but at the same time in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment is really nice and well furnished and the hosts were kind and everything about check-in and check out was clear.

Appartement confortable, propre, agréable, décoré avec goût, très bien situé. Laura est très gentille, patiente, réactive.
