The location was perfect! In the heart of old town with nice pubs in the neighbourhood. The was extremely friendly and pleasant. The apartment has everything that was needed.

Everything was great! Convenient location, the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The hostess was always in touch via WhatsApp and ready to help

The air conditioner is old, it works for cooling, but I couldn’t turn on the heating mode. Not critical, because there were working electric heaters

Cute and conveniently located: these are two of the first words that come to mind, when I think of La Casita de San Andrés. The apartment is located in a charming part of town, with nearby restaurants, shops and bars. In spite of the proximity to the restaurants and shops, it is very quiet. The narrow streets and early architecture make you feel as if you went back in time. Walking (which I encourage, to get a true feel for this beautiful city), the apartment is located minutes away from the city center and major attractions. It is about 15 minutes from Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar (both are must see). It is also about a 15-minute taxi ride from the Seville-Santa Justa train station. The apartment itself offers more than charm. It is fully functional and spacious. It offers two bedrooms and a sofa bed. It must be noted that one of the bedrooms is not completely private, though it is comfortable and more than adequate for most people. Unlike many other places, La Casita de San Andrés has a clothes washer and dryer. Decent Wi-Fi is another, much appreciated amenity. One of the recommended bars (Café-Bar Los Dardos) is a favorite with locals because of good food and drinks, and is located just around the corner. The apartment owners are terrific. They care about the renters’ comfort, as much as about maintaining the property. Laura and Alejandro were outstanding hosts, who provided excellent recommendations. They responded quickly to questions and requests, and never made us feel as if we were intruding on their personal time. I highly recommend this rental. Should I return to Sevillle, I definitely will stay here. Thank you, Laura and Alejandro.
