I spent 2 nights at the apartment which was very clean ,tidy, and very nice airy and spacious. We stayed during an exceptional heatwave in May but the apartment still felt very comfortable and cool. Great location and lovely view over Pool Quay and Marina.

We loved the location the apartment was amazing so near everything. The views were amazing could have just sat there all day .Was so lovely to have secure parking , also we felt so safe in the whole building . The Men on the front door were friendly and helpful .The building and the apartment were spotless.

The sofas in the lounge were far too low for us to get up from and were worn at the edges.

Everything was in the apartment that you wanted. Place was really clean with no unwanted smells. Kitchen had all appliances.

Only the entry to the very secure car park. It was so tight.

It wasn’t a problem but there was no cloth for washing up or wiping down surfaces also no dishwasher tablets. There was a Tesco underneath the flat so brought some .

View from the apartment is AMAZING. The location is great. A short walk into town. And there's a Tesco Express next door to the apartment.

The apartment was not clean. It was dusty, the windows were filthy. There was also pigeon poop on the windows. The kitchen was filthy. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been mopped for a very long time. Kitchen surfaces were sticky. The cupboard that housed the crockery had a bad smell and the crockery was not clean (dried food stuck on plates). I tried to call the agency several times, when we arrived but, I wasn't able to reach their offices. I left a message through booking.com and Ben immediately responded and agreed to send a cleaner the next morning. Later all the sockets in the apartment stopped working, we discovered this as the TV went off. I wrote Ben again and he gave us the combination code for the room that housed the fuse box, and he assured us that he would personally attend the property in the morning. The fuses for all the sockets had tripped.The next morning I wanted to put glasses we had used in the dishwasher, I opened it and the stench was unbearable, because there was pieces of food stuck/not cleaned out of it. The freezer also had food bits in it. At that point I couldn’t even eat or make a coffee. We bought coffees from the Costa coffee machine in the Tesco Express. On a positive note the bedding was clean and the bathrooms were clean. In the messages Ben claims that he inspected the property after the cleaner had been there and she had used bleach to wipe down the kitchen surfaces!!! I'm glad he attended the apartment the next day to show him just how bad the situation was. He offered to clean it personally. He had brought cleaning materials with him. I didn't feel confident that he could get it to an acceptable level of cleanliness. I expected a cleaner not the managing agent to do this! It was already after midday and we wanted to go out. I told him not to bother as we were leaving in less than 24 hours and the apartment needed a spring clean.
