The location and the cleanliness

The water pressure

Everything in town was easily accessible from the property. Parking lot felt secure. The interior was visually appealing.

Our room was pretty, but it was not clean. Stained sofa, stained blinds, dirty or stained duvet covers, stained walls. In addition the drain smelled like sewer gas.

Good location.

The bathroom was not clean, there was poop under the rim in the toilet and the shower had orange scum in the corners. The kleenex box was empty, also the body wash in the shower, and there was no bar soap. There was no manager on duty to help us. I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me and I still haven’t received it. We have not had this experience at other Holiday Inns, but I would never stay at this one again.

Just grabbed a little and took to room. So it was fine

The garbage in the room was not emptied. There was a used towel left on the bathroom counter and the bed was poorly made, leaving me to assume the sheets were not changed. I slept on top of the covers.

location was close to the highway but too far from stores, restaurants, etc

Some things weren't as clean as I would have preferred

Very clean with comfortable beds and decent breakfast options.

Bathtubs are a little small

Great location and quiet room with a view of the Laramie River! Who would have thought! Spacious room and Comfortable bed

Shower ADA did not appear clean and if it was clean needs to be updated
