Breakfast was okay and probably the best part of our stay.

I reserved a room that was supposed to have 2 queens and a couch and didn't get it. I got 2 queens and a twin roll a way. I ended up having to pay for a second room which was thankfully connected to our first one. The pool was super small and was NOT heated at all, it was SUPER COLD! This was supposed to be a fun birthday for my grandson, but was nothing but a super disappointment.

The hotel lobby looked very well maintained.

The cleanliness of the room is very poor. The tub still had hair and dirt, and the sofa bed when opened had used tissues in it. If the housekeeping team can be more thorough with cleaning, that would be great!

Very new building, and everything looks great. Nice furniture and nice interior at all the locations. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of options and good food. Value for money is just great.
