Cosy Brand new spacious 1 bed luxury apartment

Everything,it’s lovely,got everything you need,it’s local for buses trains etc. shops close it’s a great apartment.

Contact with the host was at a high level - he quickly helped with everything. A very nice time in Birmingham, despite the defeat of Legia Warszawa against Aston Villa.

There was absolutely no redeeming qualities about the property or the host. When I complained that the bed sheets was dirty he sent his cleaner over to confront me at 9pm before he came over too. That was not a great experience on top of an already stressful day. He only agreed to give me a refund when I said there was absolutely no way I could expect anyone to sleep on a CAMP BED and that it was a complete breach of consumer rights through false advertising. I checked out after one awful night sleep which was freezing thanks to the summer duvet provided and the floodlight coming in through the door outside the bedroom. No black out blinds, not even a curtain. It's ludicrous. Make sure you see the photos of the lights that woke me up at 2am, 3am, 3.30 am..... basically anytime some wildlife crawled past it. Absolutely terrible experience which ended up costing me so much money but there's no way me or my family could have stayed here a moment longer.

Dear Host: 4 guests coming, one towel left out. Shows a complete lack of attention to detail and no care or respect shown. Invest in better sheets and duvets, if it’s been cleaned, it needs to look clean. If there are stains on there, it’s reasonable for customers to assume they are dirty. CAMP BEDS? I suggest you try having a night on there. I certainly wouldn’t want to and I definitely feel insulted having to pay for that experience. Main bedroom - decorated with cheap bobbly bathroom rugs. Why bother? Horrid. Light switches tucked under bed and dusty. Main bedroom - LIGHTS! CURTAINS! Can’t believe there is a door, with a window and no curtain. What happens in the morning when the sun comes up. Or when the back flood light goes off right outside the door like it did many many times. NO SLEEP. SO bad, how can you do this to people? Duvet - it’s November and there's a very thin summer duvet, 2.5 or 4.5 tog? TV - You advertise netflix but where, how? Nothing works. Not even a Chromecast available to cast from my own device. No parking. this issue added quite a bit of time to my day and extra physical work. You couldn’t even be bothered to try and find somewhere close by for street parking. Lack of interest or care. For an apartment with a working kitchen its expected to provide oil, salt and pepper as a minimum for guests to cook with. If a customer tells you something is dirty, don't immediately tell them that it can't be if you haven't seen it. You should apologise and offer a solution before it escalates. Your management of this shows your inexperience. If someone complains dont send your cleaner/mum over, I am appalled. If you send food back in a restaurant, do you expect the parent/cook to come out and tell you how wrong you are? Get a feather duster & look up. ‘Cosy brand new spacious luxury apartment’ out of this description, Brand new, spacious and luxury are all, lets be honest, lies. I expected a full refund.

Very well appointed, clean, very good value, good options locally for food or drink

Unless you have a disabled badge there’s no parking. No freeview or satellite tv channels…. just streaming options

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, cosy and had all the amenities. It's very close to Erdington, the train station and bus routes. Ryan was very helpful, a very good host. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Thank you Ryan😊
