첫째도 위치 둘째도 위치 위치가 너무 좋아요 유명한 곳을 대부분 걸어 갈 수 있어요 숙소도 넓어서 인원이 많아도 편안해요 3인이상이면 추천! 그리고 숙소 관리 회사에서 소개하는 픽업서비스 러기지서비스 꼭 쓰세요 공항 오가기 너무 편합니다.

사진보다 좀 낡았어요 그리고 가격이 비싸요 인원이 많으면 추천하지만 2명이 지내기엔 가성비가 별로예요

Ubicación. Distribución del departamento

FALTA TOTAL DE MANTENIMIENTO. Se cortó la luz todos los días ya que saltaba la térmica SIN estar prendidos artefactos eléctricos. Teníamos que accionar la palanca del tablero eléctrico nosotros luego de esperar unos minutos. El lavavajillas No funcionaba. El extractor de aire de la cocina No funcionaba. La calefacción del dormitorio con dos camas individuales NO funcionaba. El botón de descarga del inodoro del baño estaba roto. Kit de limpieza cocina insuficiente. Limpieza regular.

"Appartement correct et très bien situé mais vraiment dommage pour le bruit dans une des chambres. ."

Nous avons trouvé un appartement propre, à la deco sympa, fonctionnel, situé au 1er etage avec ascenseur donc hyper pratique. Emplacement central et idéal avec commerces/restaurants/métro/gare à proximité.

-Ne pas s'attendre à un appartement "moderne". -Bruit INCESSANT de ventilation du resto adjacent que l'on entend, même avec les fenêtres fermées dans la chambre donnant sur la cour (enfin pas vraiment une cour mais plutôt l'arrière des immeubles de la rue). -Le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre à 2 lits simples donnant sur la rue. -Certains meubles sont abîmés et le bouton de la chasse d'eau a besoin d'être remplacé.

"Appartement central et lumineux"

L appartement est central, très propre, spacieux, lumineux, sécurisé et il y a un ascenseur qui fonctionne, le top ! Nous y étions en octobre, les fenêtres ont un excellent double vitrage, c est très calme même avec les restaurants en bas.

La vue de la chambre parentale sur la cour à l arrière, je ne m y attendais pas.

"Bad experience, did not stay!!! Accommodation was in shocking condition. Not as advertised online."

NOTHING !!! RE Guest Ready Lisbon Accommodation booking: We liked Nothing, place was run down, dirty full of dust, fridge ice trays still as used by previous people. Beds' bases old , scruffy, peeling off, pieces lying on floor. Black mould on tile cement in bathroom. Scatter cushions has holes in it looks dirty and flat. Red curtain & red cushion fabric very faded . Hole burnt in seat of armchair. Thus seemed unhygienic and we decided not to stay. Got other accommodation. Werent sure that in the state this apartment was in, if there were bed bugs, etc. Piece of plastic lying on main bedroom bed still, and nail file on ledge as well. Side table broken and placed in kitchen. Really run down apartment. Check-in issues as well, apartment number is not complete on door, letters missing. Emergency number calls failed, was then send to new destination to collect key in msg. Apartment not as per booking.com advertisement, false advertising and not the cheapest either. We also tried to change dates to shorter period long before payment was due and not booking.com or Guest Ready came to the party. Both parties said I should contact the other. Thus we kept booking as is. I have requested email address so that we can address this issue, give our explanation and add photos but this was not forthcoming. We would like email addresses from booking.com and Guest Ready - so that formal communications can follow re the Guest Ready Lisbon booking 22000 ZAR is a lot to pay for accommodation that did not reflect as per advert on booking.com and we would want to know asessment/evaluation criteria and regular checks criteria. The apartment is still advertised today in a prestine state which it is not. Thus this was for us not a good booking.com experience and a shocking Guest Ready one and we are out if pocket with a considerable amount due to tbe businesses not meeting their side of the booking contract.

Everything there we did not like. We did not stay there, due to dirty, run down, dusty apartment with bed bases peeling off, pieces lying on floor. Did not feel comfortable to sleep on those beds. Lounge furniture, looks dirty, lived on, holes in scatter cushions, hole burnt in seat of armchair, red fabric faded. Ice cube trays in fridge was partly used, not refilled. Not well kept, and we felt that with the dust in apartment how clean would beds be??? Then did not risk to sleep there. The place gave you a creepy, yucky feeling!! Felt as if you need to sanitise when you leave the apartment. Maybe someone in these two businesses need to take note of this!! This to us is a serious situation if you run accommodation letting, hiring business. This is the first time ever that any of us three had such and experience!! With many bookings done on booking.com. and elsewhere all over the world.
