"Tout était parfait sauf l'accueil"

Cet appartement est très propre, bien équipé, les lits sont confortables et l'endroit est très calme. D'autre part il se situe dans un immeuble de charme. Je recommande.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'attitude de la conciergerie qui ne répondait à aucun message jusqu'à 1h avant l'arrivée, qui nous a envoyé un message au dernier moment pour nous dire de passer chercher les clefs à Biescas, d'allumer nous -même l'électricité et le chauffe-eau en arrivant et de nous enregistrer en ligne, et qui nous a donné les infos de départ après que nous soyons partis de l'appartement. Le canapé serait à changer.

La ubicación la tranquilidad y el apartamento está fenomenal

La atención fue un poco lamentable nos hicieron esperar media hora en una agencia cerrada a darme las llaves del apartamento cuando llegamos al apartamento que no estaba bien indicado mi sorpresa fue que me dieron las llaves de otro apartamento al abrir había otra persona dentro,con la consiguiente sorpresa de los dos en fin una falta muy grave

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el Valle de Tena, el apartamento muy limpio, nuevo y con todo lo necesario. Estuvimos muy a gusto toda la familia. Jaqueline muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

Ubicación y tranquilidad. Apartamento limpio y con muy buen trato por parte de jaquelin. Ideal para pasar unos días en el Pirineo

El sofa es incomodo debido a la estructura que tiene.

"Superb"

The flat is nice and very clean. Kitchen reasonably well equipped needs jus few bits and pieces . It's very pleasant place.

The smell of the heating it's oil and stinks badly. We decided not to use it. Would be great to have instructions on paper in different languages how to use heating, washing machine etc...they need sieve for pasta in the kitchen, maybe kettle.
