Just the location .

Nice location, clean and tidy host was excellent and quick to reply Moden and new room Beds comfy, felt very secure and safe as well kids loved the pool and was only a 5 min bike ride to the shops n busy area

The aircon in all rooms was great, host was extremely helpful and attentive. Linen was fresh and clean on beds. Daily housekeeping and washing machine with beach towels provided too.

Unfortunately these pictures must have been taken when the property was new. It is a bit more run down now and bathrooms not as clean as what I'm used to and a damp musty smell in main bathroom. For the price it is good. Location is not within walking distance of main seminyak but only a $2-$3 gojek so we didn't mind.

Only downside was it’s a little bit out of the way from central Seminyak, but walking distance to a lovely spa so that’s all that mattered to me

Beautiful and convenient villa, free filtered water and the most welcoming and helpful manager- Budi. The villa is well thought of, the pool water is the perfect temperature with both shade and sun. Kids height in the shallows and nice and deep on the other end. Comes fully equipped with fridge, aircon in every room and even a washing machine and clothes drying rack. Love the pool. Budi was amazing, he helped us fix the wheels of our suitcase and repair our iPhone and iPad. Also arranged bikes for us to rent.

It’s in Seminyak but on the quieter side of sunset road. Grab would often get lost trying to find us so turn on your location services there to make it easy. But if you can ride your own bike then it’s all sorted. Lots of mosquitoes so make sure to buy repellent. Budi has made sure there’s a mosquito repelling thing in each room.
