Well laid out accommodation japanese style with own onsen. Very clean apartment and very comfortable bed. Easy to access by walking from the JR train station.

Surprised, there was no light above the area for making hot drinks.

O apartamento é muito bom e com uma onsen legal. Os itens de higiene pessoal muito bons. O café e chá de cortesia excelente.

A localização fica do lado contrário aos principais passeios, porém perto do transporte público.

広々としていて ゆっくり休めました。 お風呂も良かったです。

Modern feel and good facilities

Quite fair out of the town. Really didn't like having to provide photos of my children when checking in. Seemed very intrusive and over the top.

An amazing place, perfectly located and fully equipped. The room is incredibly well-stocked—it has absolutely everything. The private onsen is a real treat, and the little playground is cute—we regretted coming for only one night. The check-in process was a bit confusing.

The property has new furniture and well equipped.

Checkin is tiresome and their system doesn’t work so well. We had to spend a lot of time trying to register when we are already paying enough so they could take away this part of the work. On top of that, I believe there was a family staying above us - we were given the first floor with no choice to choose. And the kid was jumping non stop. I would never stay at any Rakuten stay again. My experience was beyond disappointed.
