The staff are super helpful. They helped us planning the day trip and explained to the taxi driver. Jason and his staff, Win, even spent time helping us to print out Vietnam visa applications docs.

Our stay was amazing due to the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean, spacious and the location of the hotel is excellent. Will definitely recommend to any Friends who are planning to go Myanmar for holiday or business

What I loved about this property was the friendliness of the staff and also their helpfulness. They were knowledgeable and gave very good advise all the time. The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel was the size of the rooms. Too crammed - such a pity.

This is the best ever experience we had. We stayed at so many 4-5 stars hotels/resorts in many countries. This hotel is well above 5 stars! Restaurant/Buffet breakfast service, Housekeeping, Food and Concierge staff are beyond amazing. Housekeeping staff called Phyu made our experience absolutely wonderful.

I arrived at 10am and was very pleased with the early check-in Also, my departure flight was 5pm and staff put in for a late check out. Was offered to top up USD 50 for an upgrade to Club Room. Much appreciated to all staff on duty from 27-29 Sept. Vik Singapore

Overall stay was very good. The building is showing its age but great service and location.

This hotel was very welcoming and comfortable after a long flight. It was also a short walk from some of the key tourist sights in central Rangoon/ Yangon.
