This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 08:00:00. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. No visitors are permitted. A damage deposit of £250 is required. The property applies a hold on your bank account and instructions will be sent to you within 5 days prior to arrival. The hold will be released in full within 10 working days from checkout, subject to an inspection of the property.
