Apartment was clean. Everything that we needed

There was no hot water for a shower. Was noisy at night with young people sitting outside

the property is spacious and clean with comfortable beds and soft linen

the shower door was broken so it couldn’t be closed and due to lighting a big mirror in the bedroom would have been useful

Comfortable bed, good shower, and ease of parking on site. Walking distance to metro. Quick response from company when contacted for key access instructions. Receptive to a couple of minor issues and clearly keen to give good customer service.

Could do with more storage for clothes - only hanging space in main bedroom and no drawers or shelves in either bedroom. A small dining table and chairs would be an asset too for people wishing to self cater. Many thanks

There was no coffee pot. There is an oven but no oven mitts.

A coffee pot. Also they sent an email at 1pm on the day I was arriving. I was coming from overseas so did not check my email before arriving. Another guest helped us out. Also now have bug bites.
