Great location and good to have a parking space.

Facilities a bit spartan, TV didn't work except through apps and had to phone for wifi code. Could do with a page of instructions in the flat.

Very quiet and clean, managed to get a parking space easily. Very spacious and had all we needed. Highly recommend. Staff were polite and the housekeeping lady did a fantastic job.

Exactly what we needed overnight on our way up to Newcastle.

If I have any negative 1 small comment would have loved a sheet or topper for sofa bed.

Double glazed windows would be good for the apartments, which will reduce the noise level from street.

Area .. too many problem people due to abandoned building in front. Police had to get called. Parking problematic when scaffolding was up and builders came to remove and began throwing scaffolding without any alert so luckily I moved car on my accord, otherwise damage. Not advised scaffolding was up nor it was coming down Front door never locked nor need for key pass codes so anyone can walk in Smokers at front door and vestibule area smelled awful cos of this No receptionist or staff ever at stay though we stayed midweek Busy road so constant traffic and noise . Windows not sound proof
