no internet ventilation was broken, I got smell of food for neighbors all day toilet paper only one roll ... not even sealed one not even a bag of tea or capsule of coffee the famous projector is broken (stop working every 10 minutes) one wall outlet was broken (the one next to room mirror) very bad experience for the price I've paid

Great location, a minute walk to some bars, a short walk to a great takeaway place, and only a short 10 minute walk to the old town. Nice and comfy, clean place to stay.

However, the customer service was terrible: The apartament wasn't ready on time and I had to stay somewhere outside for two hours for them to prepare it. I was not provided with a code to the ground door entrance, and you have to call the security to open, which they were not particularly happy about, and later told me that I need a code to access the door, the host said the code panel is broken - despite everyone else being able to used it... On the second day there was a rain in Bucharest and apparently the windows were leaking because there was a puddle of water in the main room in the morning, with an internet modem floating in it. I actually needed the internet for work and the owner made no effort to fix it, getting back to me only two days before my departure, when I already found an alternative solution. Generally speaking the company managing this place is completely incompetent and untrustworthy.

I enjoyed very much my stay at the apartment :) All is very good, working properly, comfy furniture, big rooms and nice homey atmosphere. The location is perfect, the down town is just in 10 minute walking distance )) which was really helpful :) There is all you need for your stay :)
