"Lovely accommodation but we had to structure outings because it was so difficult with stairs"

The apartment was beautifully appointed and in a convenient location.

I think it would have been responsible to mention the amount of 80+ stairs which make it very difficult. Also parking should not be included in the description if it is in a public car park 8mins away.

"Central and comfortable for Parma"

Great location and really nice little place fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. They even provided an ample vegan breakfast for us. Excellent communication and comfort.

A lot of stairs to go up to the top but it was good exercise.

It was a unique property in design and comfort. It was fun to be able to sit out looking over the rooftops. The apartment had everything you could possibly need including a mini bar.

It was up 10 flights of stairs. It did get very hot but there was a fan which helped cool it down .

very nicely furnished apartment in the center of Parma. From check in to check out everything went very well. The host was always available when questions arose. we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Especially the furnishings were very nice and lovingly decorated.

"Wonderful place to live."

The flat configuration and location are totally awesome. We spent 1 night only in Parme but felt very privileged to live in the San Paolo appartement! The host is also very very responsive and helping, providing very good places to have a great time in Parme. We strongly recommend.

"A beautiful top floor apartment in a very central location but only accessibly by stairs."

Great central location. Perfectly re-furbished, impeccably clean and very tastefully furnished in a very modern style. Lots of tea, coffee, fridge contents and a bottle of wine all left free for our use. A simple coffee & pastry breakfast is included as a voucher in a local cafe.

it is at the top of 5 flights of stairs with no lift but the owner very willingly carried our heavy bags all the way up for us without complaint.
