Port Saplaya 1 Valencia

Great location and beautiful view to the port

Outdated, bed was small and not very comfortable, host did not speak any English, so communication was impossible. No self check in, my flight was delayed and they changed me €30 for late check in

Location good. Close to beach and we were able to skip around Valencia for the next days drive. Done coffee was provided.

Pretty much everything. Communication prior to arrival very poor. We were told to call 30 mins before arriving. We did this four times and gave up. We arrived 29 minutes before member of staff. Apartment smelt damp and unused. Extremely dated and tired and needs redecorating and brightening up. Walked in and it was extremely hot as AC not on. Had to walk back 1/2 mile (no close parking and if you find some you're lucky!) to get luggage etc and on returning the staff had opened the kitchen window to try and freshen it up. This just let a load of mossies in and more hot air! Bed uncomfortable so my wife slept on the sofa. Extremely over priced and would not recommend.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Crib for our baby. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and practical apartment with elevator, in nice building. Huge supermarket, restaurants, beach within a few minutes walking distance..

I think there might have been a dog before us: it was a bit smelly and when our baby's milk bottle rolled over the floor, there were animal hairs on it. There was only very bright light and stone floors without a rug: not cozy.

Apartment was reasonably spacious in an attractive pedestrian location some 5 minutes walk from the beach and reasonably equipped for our stay - contact for key collection was not easy since had to be at hosts timing and viabwhatsapp, Parking on the street would have been impossible and available underground parking space was almost impossible to get into with an Audi a6 - any larger/higher car would not fit - we were not informed that parking would cost 15 euros for the night - sofa bed was firm but ok - it would have been nice to have had pillows - my daughter’s rucksack was not a comfy substitute - we all speak fluent Spanish so language was not a problem. Apartment has potential to be v pleasant and location good.
