The staff were amazing. Really accommodating and patient with all my enquiries (my partner got sick while we were here, nothing to do with the hotel but they were so helpful) Also loved how comfy the bed was; hard to find a soft mattress in Thailand but I could actually sleep here. And that was in the budget room!! I loved my little room. The kettle and fridge (and ac) were a huge bonus! Beautiful big pool

La struttura è molto bella. Camere spaziose e in pieno stile thai. Piscina molto pulita e spiaggia bellissima. Vicinanza con tanti ristoranti, bar e altri servizi come supermercati. Ci tornerei di sicuro.

The budget room pictures are not displayed on the main Booking.com page. The room was through a long dark passage that had a dreadful backpackers style kitchen, there was broken furniture and other junk piled up under the stairwell, the walls were peeling and in general it felt like entering a slum. The bed was the hardest thing I have even felt. You could literally injure yourself if you fell on it. The room was dirty and very shabby, the mosquito netting on the tiny window in the dark room was stuck on untidily with packaging tape. It was a DREADFUL room. Old and worn. You have to navigate a somewhat treacherous steep staircase and junk to get to the toilet and showers. Not fun when half asleep during the night. Honestly the worst room experience of my life. There was luckily one very overpriced room available that I moved to that was comfortable and actually resembled what is shown on the website. Also a bit worn and seen better days though.

Very nice large clean pool, good massages by very sweet ladies. Comfortable bed. Excellent location 2 min from the beach, next door to a supermarket and many restaurants. We had a pleasant stay.

Maybe a bit too expensive for the facility provided, the sauna wasn't available, the restaurant was uninviting and always empty. Only medium warm water in the showers.

Amazing place in the best area of Koh Phangan , just 2 steps to a beautiful beach , 7 Eleven , many restaurants near and easy access to everything you want Great massage also and discount offered for customers The staff was very nice and helpful

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was made very welcome. I was offered a discount on a 1st massage, which I was delighted to receive. What's more, the hotel offers the possibility of picking you up at the Lampraya port. The setting is pretty and quiet, the room clean and well-equipped. The town center with all its amenities (convenience store, pharmacy, massage parlor, currency exchange, boutiques, restaurants, etc.) is just a short walk away. A 7eleven is right next door. Thank you for your stay!
