"Bien. Buena relación calidad-precio. Puede mejorar."

Ubicación

No funcionaba aire acondicionado. Máquina en el baño que hacía mucho ruido. No tenía microondas para calentar comida. No tiene enchufe cerca de la mesa solo junto a la cama. No tiene ascensor.

La ubicación es excelente, la insonorizacion también... importante cuando se tienen a 15 m los tranvías...

El aspecto de las escaleras y entrada... aunque es algo habitual en edificios de este tipo.

Удобная кровать и прекрасное расположение.Хороший душ. На этом плюсы заканчиваются.

Запах на кухне не приятный.Водяной насос работает , вернее ревет,как дрель.старый и грязный подъезд,в котором не всегда работает свет.
