The location was great. Everything was in walking distance. It was organized. The owner of the unit was very attentive and showed much concern of the issues I had. Thank you Reed.

There wasn't enough face towels. And the top of the Stove wasn't working, but the bottom DEFINITELY serves it purpose.

We showed up after the recommended time to come. There was urine on the toilet, inches of dust on the lights. The sponge and dish brush looked well used. Also, sponge was still very wet. The fridge had dried up food in it. We ended up leaving and booking another much cleaner hotel.

Walking proximity to Kroger, Wal-Mart, and restaurants since we didn’t have a car. The owners were very quick to respond to questions from booking to check out.

The building and specific unit need a major deep cleaning and updating. The unit is also extremely small and the pictures made it look much bigger. However, there were enough beds for the 6 of us. The TV internet connection quit working so we were unable to watch TV. The kitchen has an older stove and no dishwasher. We needed a space to cook since we were just staying one night to board a cruise the next day and our kids prefer eating in. I would not stay here again. It was very small and dirty.

NOISY traffic corner. Tiny bathroom. Lack of enough towels, hand soap dispenser empty, TV not working!! Return grid on the hall wall filthy. Sliding glass door doesn't slide. I had to lift it. Needs working exhaust fan in bathroom. Need mirror in common area.

The location was perfect as I needed something close to cruise port. It was a few blocks away. Everything was within walking distance or a short Uber trip. The room was cute and small like a little apartment, with refrigerator, small electric stove and sink, Keurig coffee maker, balcony facing the beach, living room, bedroom, and 2 bunk beds when entering. The sofa turns into a bed as well. The staff was accommodating with me with me needing to check in a certain time and I was very grateful for that.

The refrigerator wasn’t very clean, but I wasn’t using it anyway.
