Clean, good location, everything you need if you wanted to cook for yourself etc. Host was so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem.

Only minus point was the lack of air conditioner. As we were ground floor by the street we weren’t comfortable keeping the windows open so it made for a constantly hot room.

Locatie is in het centrum. Kamers waren schoon.

Er is geen airconditioning, enkel een ventilator. Boven de deur is een raam, waardoor de kamer iedere keer oplicht wanneer er iemand over de gang loopt en de lamp automatisch aan springt.

The location was great with a nice short walk to the town centre. There are basic supplies available in the bar which was very convenient. And the best thing about the accommodation is the manager Rui who really takes care of his guests. Thanks for everything Rui!

Everything was great. Kitchen well equipped. Great host. Very clean. Good location. Amazing terrace to sit in the mornings and evenings. You can borrow a sun umbrella for your beach trip. Comfortable beds.

Too hot in the rooms. A bit of ‚walk‘ to the bathroom. Automatic light switches on in the corridor when other guests are arriving and makes one awake in the night shining into your room.

Had a lovely stay, property felt safe and quiet and had everything I needed. Plenty of space in the room, Comfortable , clean and nice little communal areas too for preparing food :) saw host on the last day and he was super friendly . Very close to supermarket too which is ideal.

Nothing :) only thing to note is distance from train station if you’re not keen on walking with luggage, otherwise it’s about 20 minute walk which is straight forward :)

The host was very responsive. It's a charming place, though the walls are paper-thin, so noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms can be heard.

The pricing policy lacks transparency. A €10 cleaning fee was added to the final price that had already been confirmed through Booking.com, where all taxes and charges were supposedly included. This extra charge was only communicated after the booking was confirmed (with no possibility of cancellation) and after payment had been made. This approach feels neither transparent nor fair. I shared this feedback with the owner and suggested either clearly stating the fee before booking or simply including it in the room price. While he showed empathy, he still insisted on the additional payment. Also, it would have been helpful to have some shelf space in the bathroom to place toiletries.

Lovely property, all looked after by Rui who does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Great location just minutes from the old town.

It was great and what I expected. Super clean and Rui was very helpful. It was easy to get to the old town and far enough out that it was quiet.
