Center City Apartment 5

Location was handy.

There was no hot water when we showered on the second night. Showered cold, it was horrible. One curtain was missing and we ended up not having good privacy. Also while you are in the shower you can be seen from other apartments. There was a sheer curtain but the light from a security light kept us awake as it would activate every-time someone entered the building. They provided a kettle but no cups to use. Communication was poor. We had to check in late which was absolutely fine but they could have messaged us before hand. There was no proper instructions on how to check out. The pillows need replacing. It was a bit dusty.

The apartment was cozy and clean.

The remotes for the TV and TV box didn't work due to dead batteries, so we couldn't use it. A small coffee table would be a nice replacement of the metal plate thing they had when we stayed.

Only cold water in the bathroom, not a drop of soap in the dispenser, kettle there but no glasses or cups, dirt everywhere. Aggressive owner shouting that we must leave immediately when we reported no warm water.

Beautifully renovated apartment with a super comfortable bed, great location, and smooth check-in. Definitely recommended!
