Carevic Resort & Villas

The farm is extraordinarily beautiful, the food is very healthy and the hosts do everything possible to make you feel good. The villa's pool is heated and is very relaxing. The restaurant and food were beyond expectations. Boyana, the villa manager, is a delightful person who does more than make you feel good, she delights you with her care. The nearby beach is beautiful (ploce). It is true that you need a car to travel to the city (budva) but this did not bother us. We traveled with our own car. We recommend this place for spending a wonderful vacation. The deer were very close to our hearts!

The most incredible property - beautiful setting, spacious for a family of 3, and great privacy. Staff were welcoming and super helpful. Our toddler enjoyed the playground and the animals on the farm. Nice restaurant on site.

Comfortable, clean, cozy and chill villa. The swimming pool was heated (the website didn't say that) so we were pleasantly surprised. A lot of swimming toys for the baby. Villa is quite well equipped.

Breakfast only 9-12, a'la carte. The waiter seemed surprised when we wanted to order two portions. The playground is dirty and old. If you're a vegetarian then you probably won't be satisfied - pig being grilled as a whole in the middle of restaurant, a lot of Animals on the farm, and the selection of food for breakfast is limited. Whole place is a construction site with a lot of noise and dirt.

We have just returned from a wonderful 8 days at Farma Carevic (Resort and Villa). The staff were hugely welcoming and kind to my small children. There is a farm on site, where the kids could pet the goats, cows, pigs, feed deer, and learn a bit about how farming is done in Montenegro. The villa was amazing, the pool nicely heated and the staff even brought us additional inflatables for the kids to play with. The breakfast was superb, a mixture of local dishes along with ham, eggs, pancakes, fruit, granola etc. The location is lovely, although you must bring a car to explore the local coves, beaches and explore further afield. We did day trips to Lipa Caves (excellent!) went up the cable car in Lovcen, and explored Budva and Lutica bay. All great excursions. The property is undergoing a little development, and is a working farm too, so expect some rough-around-the-edges, but for us, that added to the charm. Oh - I must also mention the homemade icecream. The chocolate and pistachio is incredible. There are also superb views along the coast, tremendous sunsets, I could go on...

We were tempted by the steak and fish sharing platters in the restaurant but were put off a little by the cost.
