I servizi sono presenti e perfettamente funzionanti. Il rifugio riesce perfettamente ad accogliere un modesto numero di persone, sfruttando uno spazio sufficientemente adeguato. Inoltre, durante i periodi estivi, può garantire il collegamento con la spiaggia, essendo poco distante (1 km in linea d'aria).

I cuscini dei letti sono troppo morbidi, e possono causare un leggero fastidio per la testa durante il sonno. Da migliorare questo aspetto.
