Penthouse Suite, Sea View, Close to Shops, Beach and Train

Lovely light big space, great location, cracking shower and the snuggest bed ever!

Very close to the seafront and local amenities, train station close to property, bed was comfortable and great on suite shower rooom. Fridge in the room and cutlery was a bonus.

Everything was fine didn't find anything that we didn't like.

I had a comfortable stay in the penthouse. The accommodation was spacious with a sliding door through to the ensuite. All the facilities were in a very good condition. Having use of a fridge and toaster was nice as well as a folding table to eat at. The location is very handy as within a couple of minutes by going down a flight of steps you are in the shopping area of St Leonards.

Parking is a little tricky although I always managed to get a space nearby but not on the same street. If you are staying for more than a night you also have to be mindful that much of the surrounding parking is time restricted during the day.

Seagulls

L’emplacement à 20 min à pied du centre et à 2 min de la plage. Très facile de se garer dans la rue et c’est gratuit la nuit. La chambre est très spacieuse, confortable et chaleureuse. Il y a plus qu’il n’en faut pour se faire un bon petit déjeuner. Salle de bains propre et fonctionnelle. Facile d’accès et communication très facile et fluide.

Le seul bémol c’est l’insonorisation. Heureusement que c’est une rue sans issue donc pas de circulation.

Super clean, bright and had all the little touches you need for a little staycay. Also super close to the train and beach/shops.
