Lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché Le canapé lit ne s’ouvrait pas correctement, de ce fait il n’était pas utilisable Le Clim qui coulait Douche pas fonctionnelle, l’eau qui déborde et qui rend la salle de bain difficile d’utilisation

It has new furniture, well equipped kitchen, big TV, nice terrace in the back.

Mold on the bathroom wall, semi broken front door lock, some cockroaches visiting - coming from the street (the app. is on ground floor) and from underneath the kitchen furniture

Location, location, location - very good connection with seaside and city center. A lot of small and very pleasant places around: cafes/ convinience stores and bus/metro stops. Enterance behind external gate provided additional safety. AC was not needed at all because whole place stayed in perfect temperature. All facilities working: hairdryer/ iron/ coffee machine/ washing mashine/stove. Easy to use smart lock makes regular keys obsolete.

High humidity and dampness due to lack of sun, clothes took at least 2-3 days to dry but if you are staying for a week or two then this is minor issue.

Big space, located near public transport, air conditioning, fully functional kitchen and washing machine

Very bad smell from the bathroom during the day

Nice apartment well equipped. A lot of kitchen appliances and washing machine, which come very handy. Neighborhood was very nice with a lot of space for walks. There are many supermarkets with nice Spanish food.
