La perle bleue de Sarah

L'appartement est très grand, fonctionnel, très grand, avec tout le confort attendu dans cette jolie résidence moderne. Le quartier est très calme, à quelques minutes du centre ville, des commerces de proximité, supérette, Monoprix Express, des taxis, etc...La jolie petite plage familiale la plus proche est à 5 minutes à pieds : propre, surveillée, où l'on peut déguster au Flamingo Beach une citronnade bien fraîche, un thé à la menthe au soleil ou à l'ombre d'un parasol. L'équipe qui gère cette petite plage est très accueillante et sympathique. J'ai passé ici un excellent séjour aussi je recommande l'adresse. Merci à Sarah ainsi que Mohamed !

Rien. Tout était parfait.

It was clean and well furnished, neighborhood felt safe, lots of hot water, close to a lot of fast food places, a mini supermarket and banks. The owner communicated well and promptly replaced the defective microwave.

I liked the building, the apartment itself, the sea view and Le Blue Oiseau local restaurant next to it. Also, liked its proximity to grocery stores and all the things you need.

I did not like the traffic to the apartment and the very loud street leading to it.

The apartment has got everything for comfortable staying: a nice living room with beautiful furniture and TV, a big table/desk with 4 chairs, an equipped kitchen where it is possible to cook, make tea or coffee, etc. The residence has got 3 floors and a lift. The building is very close to the seaside, the beautiful beach of Kram. The owner, Ms Sarah, and Zied were very friendly and helpful in every situation. I really feel happy to spend some days here!

The accommodation is very beautiful and well-equipped with all that you need for cooking, resting, heating or cooling. Host is very gentle and helpful and willing to fulfill every of your expectations, of course, as long as it is in a reasonable domain. Because, there is a lot of Tunisian historical as tourist sights nearby, and also lovely beaches, therefore it is reasonable to rent a car, though public transport or a cab is not expensive.

We were satisfied with everything therefore we don't have any complaints.

Am giving this place a bad review because..I arrived at the property only to find out that it is being used as a lure. He simple told me.that I won't be staying here and drove 10/15mins to a different location. Very unprofessional and highly inconsiderate.
