Size of room, location to board walk, and beach

The hotel needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. Had to pay a nightly fee to park in the hotel parking lot. No ice is available due to the ice machine being broken. The lady at the desk seemed rude whenever I asked her a question

From the moment we walked in that evening customer service was great we were in and out and up to our room the view was great so quiet and being able to walk out right to boardwalk was so awesome me and my neice slept like babies. Thanks so much for making my visit great I will be back next month

It was in walking distance to the firemen’s convention, boardwalk, restaurants and beach. Beds were comfortable.

On their website, it said free parking. When we got there, we were made to pay $10 to park and not much space. We got no extra towels in the room except for the ones we had when we got there Friday and no maid to be seen. No ice machine like on the website. The TV had a mind of its own. It came on when it wanted to and shut off when it wanted to and the remote didn’t work. Dust behind the TV. The floor was dirty!! Lack of toilet paper, barely had enough for the weekend. The air conditioner made weird noises. Small bathroom. Water pressure was terrible. Had to rinse hair in the sink to get soap out and had warm water but not hot water.
