Family 3room apartment

We stayed at the property during the summer heat. It is on the 7th floor of the building in which KFC at 165 Rudaki Ave is located (enter at the building’s rear). It had one working elevator (lift). The apartment has two bedrooms, one living (sitting) room, one kitchen, one toilet room with sink, and one bath room with a sink and washing machine. The master bedroom has AC and a king bed. The other bedroom lacked AC and had two single beds. My child slept on the sofa in the living room because there is AC there. The kitchen felt a bit dirty and we did not use it except the refrigerator. For the price we paid (three hundred fifty Tajiki somoni per night), it was an excellent three-star bargain.

It’s not a hotel, but rather like a home air bnb stay. The host was quite rough around the edges when it came to communicating. To improve, he needs to train himself to be in the guest’s shoes when it comes to communicating proper information with foresight and grace. We managed to avoid any major miscues, but one wrong step here or there would have meant we couldn’t find the property or we couldn’t pay since he demanded cash.

Very modern and centrally located apartment with all the necessary equipment. We really enjoyed our stay here after weeks of tiring traveling.

The guy did not pickup the phone when I arrived, I tried calling him more than 40 times may be, after hours of waiting on the road I had to book another apartment and go. If you want to be on the road, you can book this property. By the way Booking.com customer care also will not reply you on time
