first,the owner of the unit are not responding to our message. the number that given by booking.com +639695695959 is not active useless. even the email. we are waiting to the looby for 1 and half hour for the answer of dft apartment host homestay.we travel from quezon province to mandaluyong just o get some relaxing and good hotel but its wrong. we pay 1877 but we didnt even get the room.

Dont try this unit this is a big scam I've been there for 8hrs but the owner din not registerd my name in unit and he didn't respond in my chat. Be careful... I want refund for this shit also this booking.com no one will assist you try to find other app promise the worse thing ever happen to me is to use this app and choose this unit

Scam

I like the location if the property and a general feeling of security. 24/7 security and concierge. Water pressure is strong so that is a plus point for me. The condo itself looks nice and seems to be well maintained. View is also nice.

To begin with, AC broke down within the first hour of arrival. It got fixed after I did some figuring out based on the host’s instruction - roughly 20 minutes and I had to resort to switching the main breaker on and off. I also noticed the AC wasn’t that clean given I spent some time looking at it when it wasn’t working. The gap between the bed and the wall has visible clumps of fallen hairs, lining along the wall under the seam of the curtain. Same with other corners, dusts here and there. It was a problem for me as I have allergic rhinitis but I have my nasal spray so I managed. Toilet bowl has some floating debris when I entered, I had goose bumps when I saw it and had to flush it myself few times. Given I rented for 2 days and indicated 2 guests in the booking, I was only given one towel and no soap and shampoo - they gave disposable dental kit though for 2. At the price point, I was expecting it to be there as I had much cheaper rentals but they come with more towels, soap, shampoo and ample toilet papers. The cooker hood is dripping with oil and the wall under it is full of oil splash. I had to clean the work top few times to get rid of the oil that drips from the hood. I did not take the photos as I am not planning to write down this review, I usually don’t give reviews (sorry) unless host is very nice and I feel the review would help them boost their business.I am not that fuzzy and tried not to cause any issue with the host but the thing that made me write all this is that after I left( overseas flight at 12mn), my mom stayed in the unit as it was too early for her to travel back home, the electricity run out at 5am or earlier, she was sweating when she woke up at that time. This is at least 8 hours before the usual check out period.

It’s just the aesthetics of the place.

The owner is not customer-friendly. The bedsheet seems not new. There were visible stains on it too. The comfort room is not clean.

The room have a beautiful city view. Full room equipment. Safe and clean area.
